	This segment covers the Flamenco styles with Afro-American influence. They are what in Spain is called "Flamenco de Ida y Vuelta" (Round-trip Flamenco). The term reffers to traveling that took place back and forth, during centuries, between Spain and the Spanish colonies in the Americas. The rich musical cultural heritage of Spain mixed in the Americas with those of other populations such as the African slaves. This melting musical pot, in turn, influenced Flamenco immensely, to the point of creating within the genre a distinctive flavor and many styles (palos).
